At Sub Pop Mega Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive an RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and media items remain shrink-wrapped or sealed.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
