When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened media within 30 days of purchase. If your record arrives damaged or warped, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you contact us within one hour of placement, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be modified.

Are your limited edition releases guaranteed?
